Costanza De Ieso the creative director first opened Salon Fletcher in 2016. Her first salon A Love Affair in Paris opened in 2012 and as her business grew it evolved into Salon Fletcher. With over 10 years experience in hairdressing Costanza prides herself in creating a warm and welcoming environment for her clients and staff.
